Returns

We understand that it may be hard to shop for some of our products online without the ability to touch and see the products first hand. This is why we have a no hassle 15 day return policy. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 15 days for a full refund on the product total. We do not refund shipping costs. Sorry no returns on embroidered, personalized, used or discontinued items.

2016 Extended Holiday Return Policy

Don't sweat the holidays with our extended return policy. You'll have until January 31, 2017 to return NON-CUSTOM orders placed between November 1 st and December 25, 2016. Please note you will be responsible for return shipping costs. If you receive an item that has a problem, please call 1 (619) 419-0232 or email at CustomerCare@ComfyRobes.com.

 

  • Enter the billing last name and email/ZIP as in the order billing address.
  • Step 1
    Fill out the form and print out a copy of your order
  • Step 2
    Write down why you are returning the robe on the order page you printed out in step 1
  • Step 3
    Place the order print out with the robe you are returning in a box and ship it back to the following address
