Shipping Rates & Policies

We offer UPS shipping on all orders in the USA.

• GROUND SHIPPING is only good in Continental United States and does not include shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
  

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours pending credit card verification. Please allow 5-7 working days for UPS Ground Shipping. For international shipments, we do not charge, nor do we assume responsibility for taxes, duty or brokerage fees. All additional fees charged by UPS international, customs, brokerages, etc. are to be paid by the customer.

Holiday Shipping:
Orders placed after Dec 18th (unless shipping is expedited) will not arrive in time for Christmas.
Should an item be delayed, you will be notified immediately following your order, by e-mail, or by a return phone call of the expected shipping date. We suggest you order early to avoid possible delays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

All orders placed in December for the Holidays will be able to be returned or exchanged until January 15th. We do not refund shipping costs. Sorry no returns on embroidered, personalized, used or discontinued items.
